When my children were born i started making a scrap book about them. One with pictures of them. i collected things like the hospital tag tied to their tiny hands the day they were born, soft baby hair before their first haircut, traced the outline of their hands and feet on paper. When i look at these things now it is really awesome to think that these little ones have grown soooo big! I had even preserved the scan taken during each trimister when i was carrying them! This scrap book contain pictures of my kids at different stages like the day they were born, their christening ( i also preserved a copy of the invitation we printed for their christening), their first christmas, other occasions like birthdays and first day to school. I preserve the art work they do now.
These will be memories that will make an interesting story when they grow older. I always had a facination to hear about my childhood, now i have the little things to show while i tell my kids about their early days! So go ahead and collect soveniers of every milestone and make your own scrap book.
